Resident Care Manager (Unit Manager) LPN

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with current state licensure.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulations in long-term care.
• Experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is essential.
• Ability to lead and manage a nursing unit effectively.
• Familiarity with rehabilitative and restorative care principles.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Nursing Unit to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in long-term care.
• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing Services.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
• Implement and monitor care plans for residents.
