The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) provides leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence neighborhoods. This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership and collaboration with clinical partners.
What You'll Do:
• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement

Pay Range:70,720.00 - 91,676.00
