Position Summary
Responsible for performing research and development in support of Vantor's products.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, develop, implement, and improve state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Act as technical lead for preliminary and advanced design studies and prepare portions of engineering and R&D proposals.
- Generate and prototype algorithms and techniques to enhance and automate production processes.
- Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical problems associated with specific projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics.
- Strong background in designing and implementing complex algorithms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in photogrammetry, remote sensing or computer vision.
- Experience building applications in AWS.

• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $154,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
