About the Solutions TeamThe MRSO Solutions team develops and supports technology solutions that streamline business processes, automate manual activities, and deliver actionable insights. Working with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, the team partners to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Position OverviewThe Reporting Analyst, Assistant Vice President, MRSO Solutions, will contribute to the design, development, and support of reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that enable business partners to work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Create dashboards, reports, workflows, and applications that support business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend technology-based solutions.
- Support solution testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve existing workflows.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or related Power Platform technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and business functions.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

- New York / New Jersey: $ 118-143K
- Non-New York / New Jersey: $ 106-129K
