Full Job Description
Job Description Summary:
This position will analyze supply and demand levels, issue purchase orders accordingly to suppliers, and continually monitor the order process to ensure timely shipping and receiving of products. Will plan and implement replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Job Description:
  • Analyze forecast data and execute replenishment plans to ensure alignment of supply and demand.
  • Identify and analyze potential issues to ensure demand is fulfilled.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to support smooth order execution and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with related internal teams to maintain an optimum level of inventory.
  • Support profitability through effective execution of the replenishment plan.
  • Manage associate buyers/replenishment analysts.
  • Develop strong knowledge of products for production scheduling and quality management.
  • Continuously strive to produce more visible, accurate, and timely schedules.
  • Follow up with suppliers on production schedules, shipping schedules, pending claims or quality issues, and production capability issues.
  • Provide shipping directions to suppliers and take necessary steps to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication skills, detail-oriented, time management skills, and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
