Position RequirementsIdeal candidates will have at least three years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Experience working in the renewable energy industry and experience with power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, construction contracts or similar agreements is preferred but not required.
You are team-oriented, enjoy collaborating, and have strong written and oral communication skills.
Compensation and ExpectationsHolland & Hart's compensation is merit-based-you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $215,000 - $270,000
Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
