Full Job Description
Holland & Hart's Intellectual Property group is seeking a junior patent litigation associate with 1- 3 years of experience to join the firm in any of Holland & Hart's offices, with a preference for our Denver office.

Position Requirements

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in patent litigation, including in federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB. Willingness to assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports is a must. We are seeking candidates who are team oriented, have an outstanding academic record and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be a registered patent attorney with a technical degree, including preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences, although other technical backgrounds will be considered.

Compensation and Expectations

Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based-you'll be evaluated on your individual performance, achievements and your contributions to the team's efforts. In compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 for applicants based in Colorado/DC and $182,000 - $205,000 for applicants based in Nevada.

Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.

Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment.
