Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry services
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD
• Manage a diverse patient population across the lifespan, from children to geriatric patients
• Conduct standard session lengths according to established clinical standards
• Utilize an in-house referral network to coordinate care with therapists
• Maintain clinical decision-making autonomy without pressure to increase volume
• Leverage full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination
