  • Manage and coordinate furniture contracts, including vendor relationships, purchase orders, delivery schedules, installation requirements, changes, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate furniture procurement and installation with internal stakeholders, vendors, movers, contractors, and branch leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for move-related activities and ensure all parties understand responsibilities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate the many moving pieces associated with new branch openings, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, deliveries, installation, moving services, technology coordination, signage, supplies, and site readiness.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and proactively identify potential delays, conflicts, or risks that could impact an opening date.
  • Track vendor commitments, contracts, costs, deliveries, installation schedules, and outstanding issues through completion.

  • Manage last-minute changes and unexpected issues while maintaining the overall project schedule and opening objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, contracts, vendor information, status reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to client leadership regarding project status, risks, upcoming milestones, and items requiring attention.
  • Ensure each location reaches move-in and opening readiness in accordance with client expectations and established deadlines.
  • Support the development and refinement of standardized relocation processes, tools, checklists, and best practices to improve execution across future locations.

Desired Competency, Experience, and Skills
