• Salary: $101,000-$140,000

Position Summary

This role serves as a technical expert in condition monitoring and reliability engineering, with a strong focus on vibration analysis, vibration diagnostics, and condition monitoring. You will play a critical role in advancing asset reliability programs by diagnosing complex equipment issues and driving proactive maintenance strategies.

The position partners closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to improve equipment uptime, reduce lifecycle costs, and enhance overall system performance. In addition to hands-on diagnostics, you will contribute to long-term reliability strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly technical role requiring deep expertise, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to failure prevention.

This is an opportunity to lead and build a relatively new predictive maintenance program, with a high level of ownership to establish processes and best practices, on a large pharmaceutical campus with more than 65 buildings offering significant long-term career growth and internal mobility. The environment is collaborative, and the predictive maintenance team has significant autonomy to prioritize work and manage daily schedules.

Local candidates are preferred. Candidates willing to relocate at their own expense will also be considered.
