The reliability manager is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of maintenance strategies, standards, and processes to continuously improve equipment reliability. They are responsible for minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs and maximize lifespan.
What you will do...
-Organize and lead predictive maintenance programs such as:
oVibration analysis
oOil analysis
oThermography
oAcoustical analysis
oLife cycle analysis
oData Collection (mean time between failure)
-Data analytics including
oEquipment baseline assessment
oRebuild frequency and forecasting
oGuide the development of asset care strategy (Die/pan care programs)
-Documentation (manuals, BOM's, drawings, training)
-Process improvement through
oRoot cause problem solving
oFMEA's
oCriticality assessments
oTargeted fixes (Adjusting PM's, Training, upgrading equipment)
Who you will work with...
-Collaborate with cross function teams including R&D, engineering, maintenance, operations and quality
-Manage the Planners and PIIT crew
What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)- 10 years + in a manufacturing maintenance organization OR a Bachelors Degree or related Engineering discipline AND 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of reliability, engineering or maintenance experience in a Food manufacturing environment
Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$92,400-$127,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
