As aRelationship ExecutiveinEmerging Middle Market Banking, your role is to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships.You willwork both independently andcollaborativelyto introduce our comprehensive solutions to clients.Your role involvesgrowing andretainingprofitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space. Emerging Middle Market bankers generally focus on companieswith annual revenues ranging from$20 millionto$100 million.

Job Responsibilities

Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset

Stay up to date with industry trends toidentifyopportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships

Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered bynew technologies

Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Sevenplus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships

Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
