Regulatory RIM Business Analyst & Managed Services Consultant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory information management (RIM) systems, preferably Veeva Vault.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and eCTD requirements.
• Proven experience in system configuration and administration of Veeva Vault RIM.
• Familiarity with data migration processes and tools, particularly Vault Loader.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to act as a technical liaison.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Veeva Vault RIM environments for client projects.
• Deliver ongoing managed services to ensure compliance and reliability of RIM systems.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable system configuration changes.
• Act as the primary technical contact for client issues and configuration requests.
• Design and implement workflows and lifecycle states within the Vault RIM system.
• Manage security profiles and access permissions in the Vault Admin console.
• Support data migration efforts, including mapping and validation of records.
