Job DescriptionResponsible for technical support and the execution of desktop services and retailer program in the US with the objective to support sales and operations in growing the business. Primary focus on client program establishment and onboarding, supervision and training of regulatory personnel, and regulatory compliance review
- Supervise daily operations of the regulatory affairs team to ensure desktop services and retailer programs are executed in alignment with customer requirements
- Provides training of regulatory affairs team to ensure consistency and accuracy of deliverables
- Establish and lead the implementation of retailer programs for products within the business unit
- Modify and adapt programs based on client updates
- Provide technical support to sales teams and account managers internally and/or during interactions with clients
- Support tracking of open and incoming order for local C&H laboratory
- Prepare or support the preparation of test plans, test protocols and / or SOPs according to regulatory and/or client requirements
- Prepare reports in the area of desktop reviews (including retailer reports, ingredient and product label reviews in accordance with applicable US / Canada laws and regulations)
- Train, support and lead the execution of sensory and consumer panel testing plans
- Stay up to date on applicable and upcoming federal and state laws, hazardous materials regulations, and other applicable US / Canada laws and regulations applicable to cosmetics, personal care and household products
- Create/Review/Send test reports as required

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree within a scientific discipline such as chemistry, microbiology, etc.
- For C&H: Knowledge / experience with regulations relating to cosmetics, personal care and/or household products
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience screening formulas and reviewing product labels for regulatory compliance
- For C&H: Knowledge / experience in cosmetics, personal care or household care related testing services (microbiological, chemical, etc.) desirable
- Knowledge of retailer programs and reporting procedures
Additional InformationSalary$80,000 - $105,000 USD
