Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
Current CPR certification required
Preferred previous leadership experience
One year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills with residents
Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and provide care to residents according to their Plan of Care
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
Conduct thorough resident assessments
Engage in daily resident rounding
Supervise the nursing team effectively
Assist with IV therapy insertion and maintenance for residents

Full Job Description
Compensation from $44.00/hour to $46.00/hour - (based upon experience) - PLUS additional PT, PRN, Evening, Night and Weekends shift differentials! & Additional clinical premiums for experience!
Status/Shift:
Full Time Day 7am-3pm - $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Part Time Evenings 3pm-11pm
Rotating Weekends and Holidays
