Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a sub-acute department. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. - Provide education to residents and families about health conditions and care options. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care. - Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in electronic records.
