Currently hiring for FT & PT. Morning and Mid Shifts availableKey Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs.
- Provide wound care and basic nursing services.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
Compensation: - RN: Hourly compensation starting at $38.00 with full benefits, up to $45.00 with no frills
- Sign-on Bonus up to $2500
