We are seeking compassionate and reliable
Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients throughout
Nassau County, NY.
We offer flexible nursing opportunities designed to accommodate a variety of schedules and lifestyles, including full-time, part-time, per diem, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications- Active New York State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Home care experience preferred but not required
About the RoleAs a home care nurse with Serene, you will help patients receive the skilled nursing care they need while remaining in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering individualized nursing care according to established care plans
- Monitoring patient health and documenting changes in condition
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Communicating with patients, families, and the clinical care team
- Supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs
- Promoting patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
