Ocean Front Village - Hospice / Long Term Care / Independent Living | Courtenay, BC Position Type:Permanent Full-Time Shift Schedule:Days / Nights Shift Times:7:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 7:00 (12-hour shifts)
What You'll Do
Lead and support care staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
Develop and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments in line with BCCNM standards and Village policy.
Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being through respectful, person-centered interactions.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to support positive outcomes and teamwork.

What You Bring
