two 1:1 pediatric Home Health cases in Roy and Graham, WA. Each case offers a different opportunity based on your experience.
ROY, WA - EXPERIENCED RNProvide 1:1 care for a medically complex pediatric patient in the home.
- RN only
- Extensive hands-on trach/vent experience required
- Full-Time Days
- Part-Time NOC
- $40-$43/hour + $1/hour NOC differential
- Case-specific training and orientation provided
Please note: Due to the complexity of this patient's care, new graduates and nurses without established hands-on trach/vent experience cannot be considered for the Roy case.
GRAHAM, WA - RN OR LPNA great opportunity for newer nurses interested in developing their pediatric Home Health skills.
- RN or LPN
- No minimum nursing experience required
- New grads encouraged to apply
- Part-Time Days or NOC
- RN: $34-$37/hour
- LPN: $26-$33/hour
- +$1/hour NOC differential, when applicable
- Paid hands-on trach & vent training provided

What You'll DoProvide skilled
1:1 pediatric nursing care in the patient's home
Follow the individualized plan of care
Assess and respond to changes in condition
Work closely with the patient's family and Alliance Nursing clinical team
Accurately document and communicate care
Provide trach, vent, and other skilled nursing care based on the assigned case and your demonstrated competency
QualificationsCurrent
Washington RN or LPN license or qualifying multistate license
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient safety
Strong communication skills
Enjoys one-on-one patient care
Experience requirements vary by case: Roy requires an experienced RN with extensive hands-on trach/vent experience. Graham is open to RNs and LPNs with no minimum nursing experience.
