Full-Time | $3,500 Sign-On BonusJoin Our Pediatric Nursing Team: Voorhees Pediatric Facility provides a nurturing and home-like atmosphere filled with attentive and dedicated staff. All staff will work collaboratively to support residents with significant medical complexities and potential cognitive impairments. The Registered Nurse will support holistic care to a medically-fragile community of infants, children, adolescents and young adults. Under the direction and supervision of a registered professional nurse, administers nursing care to designated patients as defined by the Department of Nursing policies and procedures, the Nurse Practice Act of the State of New Jersey, and as contained in this job description. Must be able to provide the care needed as described in the facility's policies and procedures.
Schedule and Compensation:
Full-Time | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Night Rate: $47.72/hour + $1.00/hour night differential
$3,500 Sign-On Bonus
Daily tasks will include:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medically fragile infants, children, adolescents, and young adults in a long-term care setting.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Assess residents and update plans of care and clinical documentation in accordance with facility and Department of Health requirements.
- Prepare residents for scheduled therapies, school, recreation, dining, and other activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.

- Current/Active CPR Certification
- One year of pediatric experience preferred but will consider other specialties

- Ability to manage demands of multiple residents with prompt attention and care.

Sign-On Bonus: The $3,500 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments at 30 days, 90 days, and six months following the date of hire, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
