Looking for a full time flexible nursing role where you can care for a diverse patient population while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team? Join the Medical/Surgical team at Franklin Hospital as a per diem RN and become part of a unit dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The unit is a 32-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for adult patients with a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. As a member of this team, you'll work closely with nurses, providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals who share a commitment to teamwork, communication, respect, and clinical excellence.

Summary:
The MH Registered Nurse - Acute Care role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
MH RN II: This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level includes automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I - must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  2. Licensure/Certification: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Other certifications may be required specific to area of practice or in accordance with Department guidelines.
  3. Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
