Role OverviewAs a Nurse Manager at Henry Ford Medical Group, you will lead, manage, and develop patient care delivery across multiple sites or departments. You'll work in partnership with nursing, the healthcare team, and leadership to ensure quality patient care, fostering a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to continuous improvement. This role is crucial in empowering staff and driving innovative patient care models.

- Assume fiscal management responsibilities in conjunction with the Administrator.
- Stimulate a collaborative multidisciplinary team approach to continuously improve patient care services.

QualificationsWhat You Will NeedRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field.
- Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.
- Three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible experience demonstrating leadership skills in a clinical setting.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS or ACLS per Henry Ford Health policy.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience with Charge Nurse Duties, Leadership of special projects, Quality Improvement initiatives, or Clinic Process Redesign.
