We are seeking experienced ER Registered Nurses with prior Level I Trauma Center experience for immediate full-time opportunities on day and night 12-hour flex shifts. This role is not open to new graduates.

Key Responsibilities - Perform rapid triage and assessments to determine patient care priority
- Deliver life-saving interventions, including IV access, medication administration, wound care, and patient stabilization
- Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and clinical responses
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on treatment and discharge planning
- Conduct point-of-care testing, assist in procedures, and manage emergency interventions
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient care and clinical status
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing reassurance and education

Requirements - Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred)
- Current New York State RN license
- Minimum 3-5 years of ER, Med/Surg, or Critical Care experience (Level I ER experience strongly preferred; no exceptions)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced trauma environment
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making skills
