Registered Nurse Case Manager Lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field with relevant experience
• Three years of RN experience
• Two years in Utilization Review, Case Management, or similar
• Preferred leadership or management experience
• Current RN licensure in Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide education on case management processes and technology
• Oversee standard work practices in case management
• Collaborate with case managers and clinical departments
• Serve as an expert resource for case management inquiries
• Facilitate training and development for case management staff
