Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.

We welcome both new applicants and those who previously applied! *Schedule:Monday - Friday 7am - 3:00pm OR 3:00pm - 11:00pmYour Role in Our Mission- Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home
- Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
- Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
- Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

What We're Looking For- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
