Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a financial institution.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.
• Proven success in leading business growth, sales, and service initiatives.
• Experience in developing and coaching high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, sales, and service strategies to meet growth objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, productivity, and member service metrics.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Coach branch leaders in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana.
• Promote a culture of accountability and exceptional member service.
• Build relationships with members, business leaders, and community organizations.
• Oversee regional budgeting and champion operational improvements.
