Homebase: Denver/Aurora, CO
Travel: Regional travel, approximately 30%
Salary: $103K - $120K base + bonus incentive, based on experience and education
About the RoleWe are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support multiple operations sites across the Northwest region. This role will partner closely with Operations and Quality leadership to improve manufacturing processes, strengthen quality performance, and support continuous improvement across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical resource who is comfortable working on the shop floor, solving process challenges, analyzing data, and helping teams improve how work gets done.
What You'll Do- Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction
- Support daily operations through technical problem-solving and process improvements
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured methodologies
- Strengthen quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Support new product introductions, process validation, and standardization of best practices across sites
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification, multi-site experience, APQP/PPAP knowledge, or exposure to aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
