Full Job Description
Currently we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for establishing territory sales targets, strategic sales plans, and leading the effort to achieve revenue goals. This position provides direction for sales functions including market analysis, advertising, product shows, customer interfacing, and sales promotions within the territory.

Your Role in Our Mission:
  • Develops and executes a successful business plan in a respective territory which meets and exceeds annual budget and forecasted sales goals.
  • Develop and expand our presence with existing and new products offerings with existing and prospective customers.
  • Provides market input regarding existing products to ensure that New Way remains a leader within the industry.
  • Regularly track progress on sales activities as well as execute the initiatives/actions as established by Company.
  • Effectively create and conduct sales and product presentations to sales reps, distributors and end users.
  • Plan regular visits to distributors and independent sales representatives in the territory to maintain current business and develop new business.
  • Supports local, regional and national trade shows through attendance, customer interaction and support.
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Actively engage, cultivate, and manage sales relationships to ensure coverage surrounding programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects.

To Perform this Job Successfully:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% with a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Controls expenses by exercising good judgement related to business.

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluate the risks involved.
