Job ID: 51180
HID Global's Identification Technologies Business Area seeks an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow HID Textile Services solutions across the U.S. hospitality market. This quota-carrying role will hunt for new business with luxury and full-service hotels, resorts, hotel management companies, and selected ownership groups. The manager will sell both HID InvoTech Uniform Management and HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management, leading opportunities from targeted prospecting and discovery through business-case development, proposal, negotiation, and close. Success requires strong hospitality relationships, disciplined qualification, access to economic buyers, and the ability to create urgency around operational improvement, labor efficiency, inventory visibility, and loss reduction. The role will also develop regional commercial laundries and linen suppliers within the assigned territory as a secondary focus, selling HID RFID textile tags and identifying partner-led hospitality opportunities.
As our Regional Sales Manager, Linen and Uniform Management Solutions NAM, you'll support HID's success by: - Owning direct sales growth within an assigned U.S. hospitality territory, with a focus on luxury and full-service hotels, resorts, management companies, and selected ownership groups.
- Building a qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, industry relationships, referral sources, installed-base expansion, and rapid follow-up of inbound leads.
- Selling HID InvoTech Uniform Management and HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management solutions based on each customer's operational needs, priorities, and readiness to act.
- Leading discovery discussions with hotel operations, finance, procurement, ownership, and other stakeholders to quantify labor, linen and uniform loss, inventory, and laundry process improvement opportunities.
- Reaching economic buyers, establishing decision criteria and approval processes, and maintaining mutually agreed-upon next steps and close plans for qualified opportunities.
- Developing credible ROI models, proposals, demonstrations, site assessments, and pilot approaches that reduce barriers to customer adoption.
- Coordinating solution design, technical validation, pricing, contracting, implementation planning, and customer handoff with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and other HID teams.
- Developing regional commercial laundry and linen supplier relationships within the assigned territory, selling HID RFID textile tags, generating partner-led hotel opportunities, and coordinating designated national and multi-region accounts with Sales leadership.
- Maintaining accurate leads, opportunities, activities, forecasts, next steps, and close dates in Salesforce while delivering revenue against an assigned quota.
- Representing HID at relevant hospitality events, monitoring competitors and market developments, and translating customer insights into actionable recommendations.
Your Experience and Background include: - Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in hospitality, hotel technology, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, or a closely related industry.
- Established relationships within the U.S. hotel market and experience selling to hotel properties, management companies, ownership groups, or hospitality procurement organizations; laundry or linen-supplier relationships are an advantage.
- Experience with uniform operations, linen management, laundry processes, RFID, inventory systems, or workforce technology is an advantage but is not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience
- Proven success managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder solution sales involving software, hardware, operational change, or capital approval.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a record of generating new pipeline and converting complex opportunities into revenue.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and the ability to build credibility with general managers, operations leaders, procurement, finance, ownership, management-company executives, and regional laundry or linen-supply operators.
- Consultative selling skills, including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, negotiation, and executive-level closing.
- Ability to distinguish genuine customer commitment from general interest and to disqualify opportunities that lack need, sponsorship, or a decision path.
- Persistence and creativity in creating demand for operational technology that may compete with other hotel investment priorities.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through across a geographically dispersed territory.
- Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
