Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager in our healthcare line, you will manage and grow a specific territory through new business development, account growth, and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales quotas by ethically executing Aegis's sales process, retaining and growing existing accounts, and securing profitable new business across the assigned territory.
Drive territory growth through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company priorities and Area Sales Manager direction.
Deliver value in every customer interaction by understanding client needs, promoting additional services, and ensuring a high level of support across Client Services, Laboratory, Billing, Reporting, and other functional areas.
Represent Aegis in the market by attending national and regional trade shows, conventions, and meetings, while staying informed on industry trends, new services, and developments in the drug-testing and compliance landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least two (2) years of sales experience is strongly preferred; candidates with a high school diploma and at least three (3) years of documented, successful sales experience will also be considered.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective client and internal partnerships.
Strong organizational and technical skills, including effective time management, the ability to prioritize sales and administrative responsibilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience using a CRM to manage sales activity.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned geography daily, including overnight travel as needed (up to 50%), and a valid driver's license that meets insurability requirements.
