As
Regional Sales Leader, you will lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for
Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation portfolio across
Western Canada, helping customers accelerate their operational, digital, and sustainability goals.
What will you do?- Drive regional sales growth, profitability, and quota attainment across our Industrial Automation portfolio.
- Develop and execute customer account strategies that deepen engagement and expand Schneider Electric's presence within key accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, positioning Schneider Electric as a long-term strategic partner.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on collaboration, accountability, and results.
- Partner with technical experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive new opportunities.
- Establish forecasting discipline, pipeline rigor, and operational excellence to improve business predictability and performance.
- Identify market trends and competitive insights to shape regional growth strategies and investment priorities.

The expected pay range is
CAD 175,200 - CAD 262,800 per year. This pay range
includes base pay and short-term incentives. For Ontario applicants, this posting complies with provincial law which does not require disclosure of the pay range. Inquiries regarding the pay range can be directed to the recruiting / hiring manager.
