We9re seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and highly visible Regional Revenue Growth Leader to drive participation, revenue, and profitability across our four Milwaukee-area clubs. This is a dynamic, active role where you will be out in the clubs and the community, partnering directly on the floor with club leadership, programming teams, and marketing to bring revenue strategies to life. Instead of managing from behind a desk, you will actively identify and execute growth opportunities across membership, fitness, tennis, aquatics, camps, events, food & beverage, and other club services while developing strategic external partnerships that expand our local reach. The ideal candidate thrives on high-visibility execution, connects naturally with people, and is constantly looking for fresh ways to enhance both the member experience and business performance through direct action.
