Full Job Description
Regional Quality Manager
Location: Various | Full-time | Travel Required

As a Regional Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will be in assisting operations with implementation and compliance of existing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs. This position conducts jobsite inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to quality expectations in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Critical for success is the ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes?

  • 7+ years of construction experience supporting quality programs on utility and energy infrastructure projects, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, transmission, distribution, and/or foundation construction
  • Experience in HSEQ programs, audits and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership experience managing quality teams across multiple projects
  • QA/QC Certification in ISO or the American Society for Quality (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
