As a Regional Portfolio Project Engineer within Central Resources for Siemens Energy Gas Services North America, you will help drive engineering execution, technical alignment, and digital modernization across the regional project portfolio. You will partner with Central Operations and Field Service teams to align engineering schedules, resources, and technical priorities across outage plans. Your day may include reviewing portfolio risks and milestones, improve project-management workflows, and use data analytics or AI-enabled tools to strengthen forecasting and decision-making. You will also turn post-project lessons learned into practical improvements that support reliable, efficient service operations.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in project engineering, technical project management, or service operations within the energy or power generation sector.
Knowledge of gas turbines or power generation technology, technical risk management, portfolio management, and resource scheduling or forecasting.
Experience with project-management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall; PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Exposure to digital transformation, business intelligence, data analytics, predictive analytics, or AI tools is preferred, with strong communication, stakeholder-management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
