Regional Operations Manager | $100K-$110K | Multi-Branch Leadership

$100,000-$110,000 Annual Compensation

Lead a $30M multi-branch region across the New York Metro area. Develop exceptional leaders. Drive profitable growth. Build high-performing teams.

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service branches across New York City, Queens, the Bronx, and Connecticut.

In this role, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to drive regional growth, improve operational performance, and develop the next generation of Branch Managers and Supervisors while regularly traveling throughout the region to support your teams.

This isn't a corporate desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching managers, developing sales teams, solving operational challenges, and spending time in the field helping teams succeed.

If you've led multiple business units, owned P&Ls, developed leaders, and consistently driven business growth, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do
