Full Job Description
As Regional Manager, Service Centers, you9ll lead that network across the Americas, directing maintenance operations at CSafe-owned repair stations and third-party service providers so containers return to service on time, every time.

You9ll also serve as the designated Accountable Manager for the region9s repair stations before the applicable airworthiness authority (FAA). That means regulatory compliance, staff qualification, supplier quality, and the day-to-day programs that keep stations running well all sit with you - as does the growth of the region9s footprint as we add locations.

What you9ll do
  • Lead the regional service center team - hiring, performance, development, succession, and coaching of station leaders.
  • Own training, qualification, and certification currency for regional staff against airworthiness authority requirements and CSafe standards.
  • Act as Accountable Manager for the region9s repair stations, ensuring all work stays within each station9s certificate and regulatory authority.
  • Make sure maintenance performed by approved organizations meets the standards of the applicable local authority (FAA).
  • Secure the financial, staffing, and facility resources required to support maintenance activity across the region.
  • Drive performance against turnaround time, capacity utilization, cost per repair, and supplier scorecards - and lead the improvement initiatives behind them.
  • Own audit and inspection readiness, and develop and close corrective action plans from regulatory findings, customer audits, and internal quality reviews.
  • Run Supplier Readiness Assessments and partner with CSafe Quality to hold suppliers to container airworthiness standards.
  • Build and execute the regional operating plan, translating company goals into regional priorities.
  • Feed capacity, demand, and site-readiness insight to the Director of Repair Service Operations to shape network planning.

What you9ll bring
  • 5+ years managing a team, and 5+ years in a product maintenance or manufacturing environment including responsibility for maintenance functions.
  • 3+ years managing third-party partners or suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of airworthiness regulations - FAA Part 145
  • Valid certification authorization from the local airworthiness authority, or the ability to obtain it.
  • Experience interacting with airworthiness authority inspectors or an equivalent regulatory agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the credibility to engage at every level of an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and comfort in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and component control and tracking programs.

Nice to have
  • Experience managing a multi-site organization.
  • Familiarity with the Accountable Manager framework and the responsibilities it carries.

The details
  • Location: Monroe, OH
  • Full-time, exempt
  • Office and shop environment, with 25-30% travel within the region
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching overhead; frequent sitting; regular use of standard office equipment
