Full Job Description
This is a remote position that requires travel throughout New York. Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational oversight and support for multiple affiliated dental practices within an assigned territory.
  • Partner with doctor owners and office leaders to drive practice performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, accounts receivable, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop office leadership teams while promoting accountability and engagement.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Support billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes across assigned practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between affiliated offices and corporate support departments.
  • Travel regularly to practices to provide leadership, training, and operational guidance.
  • Lead special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of multi-site or multi-practice management experience required.
  • Healthcare or dental operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing financial performance, accounts receivable, billing, and operational metrics.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
