Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters. Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted HR resource, helping drive engagement, performance, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and general questions
- Provide timely, accurate, and confidential support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters and conduct investigations when needed
- Support performance management initiatives, including coaching, counseling, and corrective action processes
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention and engagement
- Coach managers on company policies, employment practices, and people-related challenges
- Create and deliver HR reports, metrics, and presentations that support business decisions
- Assist with training initiatives, both virtual and in-person
- Maintain employment records, including promotions, pay changes, transfers, and terminations
- Support HR operations through reporting, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative functions
- Collaborate across departments to help advance Nextech's growth, culture, and employee experience
- Provide flexible support across all HR functions as business needs evolve

Min CompensationUSD $80,000.00/Yr.
Max CompensationUSD $90,000.00/Yr.

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and continuous learning mindset
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR administration preferred

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work continuously in an office environment
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone, printer, copier, and other office equipment throughout the workday
