Full Job Description
Join our team as a Regional HR Manager and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across multiple manufacturing sites throughout the United States. Based in Denver/Boulder, Colorado, this position supports operations in Denver, CO; Albany, NY; Giddings, TX and Plymouth, MN partnering closely with leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys influencing business outcomes, leading change, and making a meaningful impact across multiple locations.

This role will have one HR Manager reporting to them who sits in the Denver, CO location and supports that site full time.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Management Impact: Serve as a key member of the Management Team, contributing to departmental goal-setting and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Workforce planning & staffing: Collaborate with Operations leaders to strategically plan and deliver staffing outcomes. You and your team will lead end-to-end direct labor hiring, from requisition through onboarding, and support managers with workforce planning activities while ensuring all employment actions comply with applicable state and federal labor laws.
  • Benefits Administration: Working closely with Trelleborg Group, deliver annual enrollment options. Serve as a resource for all benefits inquiries including health, dental and life insurance, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA, 401K, holidays, and PTO.
  • Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with TSS US HR team to develop and administer consistent procedures and approve site level policies and procedures, as necessary.
  • HRIS/Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant employee data across all HR information systems, including ERP and payroll platforms, benefits and insurance systems, and external vendor databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making for managers and supervisors.
  • Employment Law: Exercise judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies and all applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, UI, WC, and EEO. Ensure team meets all governmental and company reporting requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all employee relations matters. Lead and coordinate workplace investigations, providing guidance and recommendations for appropriate resolution. Coach and support supervisors and managers in addressing grievances, managing conflict, and navigating sensitive employee conversations.
  • Employee Engagement: Proactively solicit feedback from employees at every level of the organization in an effort to develop and maintain a high performing culture. Champion initiatives, culture and develop/implement action plans relevant to the results. Drive accountability and a healthy association to conflict.
  • Training and Performance Management: Coordinate/develop training plans as needed. Manage annual review process and assist in performance management including coaching, disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Org Chart: Ensure organizational chart, job descriptions and job titles remain current and aligned. Recommend and implement changes when necessary.
  • Other tasks and projects as necessary or assigned.

Educational Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in progressive HR roles
  • Ability to travel ~30%

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation package, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.

Compensation range: $130,000 - $160,000 range
