The
Regional HR Director provides strategic leadership and comprehensive HR operational oversight for a diverse multi-facility portfolio encompassing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and child daycare centers. This role is responsible for driving high-volume clinical and educational talent acquisition, managing complex cross-industry compliance, and fostering a culture of compassionate care across both eldercare and childcare environments.

What is required as a Regional Director of Human Resources? - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA/MHA) preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR management experience preferred, with at least 3 years explicitly managing multi-site operations across healthcare (long-term care/assisted living) or multi-site education/daycare networks.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS/PA DOH long-term care regulations alongside state child care licensing requirements.
- In-depth understanding of strict healthcare and childcare hiring exclusions, background check clearinghouses, and health screenings (e.g., TB testing).
- Proven ability to manage diverse employee demographics across multiple locations with competing priorities.
