Active registered nurse license in the state of FL
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-7 years of nursing experience
Minimum 5 years in assisted living/memory care or skilled post-acute settings
Previous experience as an administrative director of nursing services or consultant
Expert knowledge of company systems and state regulations
Residency in the state of FL required

As Regional Director of Health & Wellness, you'll provide clinical leadership and support to assigned communities, promoting exceptional resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.
