Position: Regional Development Director

Location: Kansas City, MO

 

We are seeking a Regional Development Director to lead business growth and client development efforts for the Road Group across assigned geographic regions. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving new project opportunities through proactive relationship management and pursuit leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and proven business developer with a deep understanding of the transportation industry, client needs, and public-sector procurement processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and client engagement efforts across designated regions.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new roadway and transportation project opportunities.
