We are seeking
Regional Clinical Operations to provide clinical leadership and operational support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
This position partners with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and corporate leadership to improve clinical outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, prepare facilities for surveys, and build strong clinical teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced Registered Nurse who can assess challenges, coach leaders, and drive consistent clinical performance across the region.

Responsibilities:- Provide clinical oversight for assigned skilled nursing facilities.
- Partner with Executive Directors and Directors of Nursing to improve clinical performance.
- Support facilities before, during, and after state and federal surveys.
- Monitor Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star performance, infection prevention, wound care, falls, rehospitalizations, and resident outcomes.
- Review clinical audits and develop action plans to address identified opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership teams.
- Assist with Plans of Correction (POCs) and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Standardize clinical practices across all assigned facilities.
- Support staffing strategies that improve retention and reduce agency utilization.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Therapy, MDS, and Quality teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Travel regularly to assigned facilities throughout the region.
Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of skilled nursing leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Regional Clinical Consultant, Regional Director of Clinical Services, or similar multi-site leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, IDPH requirements, survey process, infection prevention, MDS, Quality Measures, and long-term care operations.
- Demonstrated success leading regulatory recovery efforts and improving clinical outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
