Full Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Administrator for 2 facilities Northeast Center and Pine Valley Center.

Full-time
$180,000-$220,000 salary

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs
  • Coach and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) and leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, state Department of Health regulations, and life safety requirements.
  • Improve Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star ratings, survey outcomes, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including:
    • Census and occupancy
    • Medicare and Managed Care mix
    • Labor management
    • Budget performance
  • Support facilities during state surveys, complaint investigations, and plans of correction.
  • Lead turnaround initiatives in underperforming buildings.
  • Partner with Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, Rehabilitation, Finance, HR, and Clinical Consultants.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Administrators and key department leaders.
  • Implement corporate initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.
  • Serve as interim executive leadership during administrator vacancies.
Typical Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license NYS
  • 5+ years of progressive SNF leadership experience.
  • Successful tenure as an Administrator with strong survey and financial outcomes.
  • Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
  • Expertise in:
