Your Job Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support our Turnaround Services business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that create long-term value for both our customers and KSPS.
The Regional Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers and prospects while identifying opportunities to expand KSPS's turnaround, maintenance, and specialty construction service offerings. This individual will collaborate closely with operations, estimating, project management, and business leaders to develop solutions that help customers improve reliability, safety, and operational performance.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building strong customer partnerships, solving complex challenges, and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

What You Will Do - Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers
- Create and execute strategic account plans that align customer needs with KSPS capabilities
- Build relationships with key decision makers including plant leadership, maintenance managers, turnaround leaders, procurement teams, and operations stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for turnaround, maintenance, and specialty construction services
- Lead commercial discussions and support proposal development, contract negotiations, and customer presentations
- Partner with operations and project teams to ensure solutions align with customer objectives and KSPS capabilities
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline and provide forecasting for future business activity
- Gather market intelligence regarding customer priorities, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities
- Support customer visits, site assessments, industry events, and business development initiatives
- Travel 50-70% throughout the assigned territory
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) - Experience in sales, business development, account management, project management, operations, maintenance, or a customer-facing role supporting industrial markets
- Experience building relationships and influencing decision makers
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively across functions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel 50-70%
What Will Put You Ahead - Experience supporting refining, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, or heavy industrial customers
- Experience selling or supporting industrial services, turnaround services, maintenance services, or construction services
- Experience developing business growth strategies and commercial opportunities
- Experience working with outage, turnaround, shutdown, or maintenance planning activities
- Experience leading customer presentations, commercial reviews, or contract discussions
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to manage opportunities and account strategies
