  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts by building strong, long-term relationships across customer organizations.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align customer needs with Lubrizol's value proposition, technology roadmap, and growth priorities.
  • Maintain and expand business within existing accounts while actively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Identify, evaluate, and activate new business opportunities that support the Estane TPU growth strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that address emerging market needs and drive new revenue streams.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity development and progression.

Consultative Selling & Technical Partnership
  • Become a subject matter expert in TPU materials, applications, and industry dynamics.
  • Educate customers on technology capabilities, market trends, and application insights through presentations, technical discussions, and collaborative sessions.
  • Partner closely with R&D, marketing, and technical service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Market Insight & Strategic Influence
  • Maintain deep awareness of competitive activity, market shifts, and customer program developments.
  • Provide insights to internal stakeholders on product needs, pricing strategies, market conditions, and customer expectations.
  • Make recommendations on product mix, sourcing, and commercial strategies; negotiate agreements to closure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer programs are supported from concept through commercialization.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, technical service, and other partners to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and support key initiatives.
