Position Overview:

As a Bakery Recruiter, you will leverage technology, creative sourcing strategies, and strong relationship-building skills to attract and hire top talent across a variety of professional and production roles within both of our Bakeries and Support Center. Partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, build strong talent pipelines, and help deliver the exceptional applicant experience that supports our continued growth and success.

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, team dynamics, required competencies, and hiring timelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop compelling job postings and structured selection processes that support effective hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across a variety of departments and experience levels.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant communication, offer development, reference checks, and onboarding support.
  • Evaluate and prescreen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, career interests, cultural alignment, and overall fit for the role and organization.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, job boards, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
  • Deliver a positive applicant experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the recruitment process.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external networks, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand awareness.
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, provide market and talent insights to leaders, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.


What we require:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate, professional, or exempt-level positions.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to be meticulously detailed.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies to manage applicant pipelines and hiring activity.
  • Strong sourcing and talent identification skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, referrals, and networking strategies.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to influence hiring strategies and drive successful talent acquisition outcomes
