Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise various construction projects from start to finish. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and insurance adjusters. • Keep track of project budgets and timelines while exploring strategies to ensure on-time delivery. • Hold meetings with subcontractors to review schedules, necessary permits, and to set clear expectations. • Perform regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety standards. • Review all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress updates. • Identify and address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects. • Proven history of overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion.
