The Role The Real Estate Manager will own real estate due diligence, title clearing, and contract management across a nationwide portfolio of community-scale solar and battery storage projects. This is a hands-on role sitting across development, finance, construction, and asset management - you will be the go-to person for all real estate matters from early-stage origination through to project sale and financing.
Key Responsibilities- Perform title clearing and survey analysis on solar and storage projects across the US
- Identify and resolve real estate risks across the development portfolio
- Prepare projects for financing and investor sale through title insurance negotiation and documentation
- Manage contract obligations across a nationwide portfolio of renewable energy assets
- Support land acquisition for early-stage origination and new market development
- Collaborate with internal teams on consents, rights-of-way, encroachment agreements, and related documents
- Support permitting, interconnection, and design aspects of the development process
Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant real estate experience with a title and survey focus
- Demonstrated experience curing title deficiencies and supporting title insurance underwriting
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Real estate contracting fundamentals
- Energy industry experience a strong plus
- Proficiency in Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint
